1. Food Product Safety Rules
As per FSSAI guidelines, opened or used food products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
2. Returns Accepted Only If
- You received a damaged, leaked, or wrong product
- You must share photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
3. No Returns For
- Opened bottles
- Used products
- Change of mind
- Wrong address provided by the customer
- Delayed delivery due to courier issues
4. Refund Process
Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- It may take 3–7 working days.
5. Replacement
We may send a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.
